May Is Mental Health Awareness Month: A Time to Reflect, Support, and Act As we step into May, we’re reminded of the importance of tending not just to our physical health, but to our mental well-being as well. Mental Health Awareness Month invites us to break down stigma, spark meaningful conversations, and support one another in ways that truly matter. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and ask: How are we really doing? And how can we better support the mental wellness of those around us? Mental health affects every aspect of our lives—from relationships and work to how we cope with stress and engage with the world. Yet, for far too long, conversations around mental health have been clouded by silence or misunderstanding. The good news is: that’s changing.
