Each year, I tend to get a little weepier than normal as I mourn the changing of the seasons. While there is rebirth and renewal in the trees shedding their leaves, my mind and body play defense against the harsh winter ahead. There are many remedies to Seasonal Affective Disorder. My plan for this year is to craft through the emotional chaos.
